The garage at New Cross in the 1960's, with petrol pumps. New Cross Farm in the background. This was previously the site of the Smithy, shown on the 1844-88 and 1894-1903 O.S. maps. The site is now a private house - The Old Forge, on the corner of Owl Street and New Cross Hill.
