Father's Sort or Will Lock's - a Dabinett cider apple hybrid

A cider apple called Father's Sort or Will Lock's - grown by grandfather Will Lock from pip and pomace, it is a hybrid of the Dabinett cider apple, used by cider producers all over the world. It is still grown at Whitegate Farm, at Anstey's and Deadlands.
