The Press does its Work
The press, in the left of the photo, coming down on the 'cheese' - the layers of pulverised cider apples wrapped in an envelope of material that lets the juice out and retains the pulp. The juice is collected in containers at the base of the press. Leigh, left, and Terry Napier are doing the work at Four Winds Cide Farm.
